From first survey to handover, with no surprises.
A good installation starts before the equipment arrives. We assess your property, design around real conditions, install neatly and safely, then test, document and hand over so you know exactly what you have.

Four stages, each with a clear outcome.
Most of what makes a system pay back is decided at the survey and design stage, so that is where we spend our time.
Survey
A free visit to understand your property, supply and how you use electricity.
Design
A system sized to real conditions, with every assumption written down.
Install
Fitted neatly and safely, with positions and routes agreed with you first.
Support
Testing, commissioning, monitoring set-up and handover documents.
What happens at each stage.
Here is what you can expect to see, and what we will ask of you.
At the survey
We look at the roof, fuse board and incoming supply, and talk through how you use power through the week.
- Roof pitch, direction and shading
- Fuse board and supply capacity
- Your usage pattern and future plans
In your proposal
A written proposal you can read at your own pace, with the working shown.
- Expected generation and how much you use yourself
- Battery sizing where relevant
- Price and payback, with assumptions listed
At handover
We test and commission the whole system, then explain it.
- Testing and commissioning records
- Monitoring set up on your phone
- Handover documents and aftercare guidance
The process, step by step.
Each step finishes before the next begins, so you always know where you stand.
Assessment
A free survey of your property: roof, supply, fuse board and how your household uses electricity.
Design
We size the system to your real conditions and show you the working: generation, self-use and payback.
Installation
Fitted neatly and safely, with cable routes and equipment positions agreed with you first, and grid notification handled for you.
Support
We test and commission the system, set up monitoring and walk you through it, so you can check it is producing what we said.
Honest advice at every stage.
If it won't save you money, we won't recommend it. That includes telling you when a battery isn't worth it yet, or when a smaller array is the better design.
- No pressure and no hard selling
- A written proposal with assumptions stated
- Neat installation and tidy cable runs
- Testing and commissioning records
- Clear guidance after handover
How we approach every job.
These are the standards we hold ourselves to, whatever the size of the project.
Diagnostic first
We understand the property and its electrics before recommending anything.
Safety and compliance
Design, installation and testing get the same care as any regulated electrical work.
Long-term thinking
Battery, EV charging and future upgrades are considered from the outset.
Common questions about the process.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on system size, access, roof type and any electrical upgrades needed. We give you a realistic timescale in the proposal.
Do I need to be at home?
Someone needs to be available for access at the start and for the handover. We agree the practical details with you beforehand.
What happens if something needs fixing later?
We can assess and diagnose faults or underperformance on systems we have installed, and on existing systems too.
Who handles the grid paperwork?
We handle grid notification for you as part of the installation.
