What we do for homes

Four services that work together.

Each one can stand alone, but they are designed to fit together so you never have to redo earlier work.

PV

Solar panels

Generate your own electricity and cut what you buy from the grid.

BAT

Battery storage

Keep daytime generation for the evening, or charge cheaply off-peak.

EV

EV charging

A dedicated home charger, set up with a smart app.

ELEC

Electrical work

Consumer units, testing and upgrades so your home is ready.

Where to start

Which service should you begin with?

If you are unsure, start with a survey or the payback calculator. These are common starting points.

I want lower bills

Start with solar, and look at whether a battery adds value for the way you use power.

  • Solar panel survey
  • Solar and battery comparison
  • Payback shown with assumptions

I am getting an electric car

Start with a home charger designed around your supply, ready for solar later.

  • Supply and cable route check
  • Smart charging set-up
  • Plan for solar and battery

My electrics need attention

Start with testing and any upgrades so everything else can be added safely.

  • EICR testing
  • Consumer unit upgrade
  • Renewable-ready circuits
How we work

How a home project runs.

The same four stages for every home, whatever you are installing.

1

Survey

A free visit to look at your roof, supply and fuse board.

2

Design

A written proposal with the working shown.

3

Install

Neat, safe installation with positions agreed first.

4

Handover

Testing, monitoring set-up and documents.

What you can expect

A clear, honest process.

We tell you what is worth doing and what is not, including when a smaller system or no battery is the better answer.

  • Free survey with no obligation
  • Written proposal, assumptions stated
  • Payback figures from our calculator
  • Testing and commissioning records
  • Aftercare guidance on handover
Who it suits

Homes of all types across Scotland.

Our estimator covers detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, bungalows and top-floor flats, and a survey confirms what suits yours.

01

Houses and bungalows

Pitched roofs suit on-roof and in-roof solar.

02

Terraces and flats

Roof access, ownership and shading are checked first.

03

New builds and re-roofs

In-roof systems can be planned into the roof itself.

FAQs

Common home questions.

Do I need to be at home for the survey?

Someone should be available so we can access the roof space, fuse board and meter. We arrange the practical details with you.

Can I do it in stages?

Yes. We design each stage so the next can be added without redoing earlier work.

Are there grants or finance?

We only mention grants or finance that we can confirm at the time of your quote. Solar and batteries at a home are currently 0% VAT until 31 March 2027.

How do I get a price?

Use the payback calculator for an instant indicative price, or book a survey for a confirmed quote.

Ready to see what your home could make?

Use the payback calculator or book a free survey. We will tell you honestly what makes sense.
